FamLink is a family wallet between the United States and the Caribbean. These are the rules we operate by. They match the app. They are not a slogan.

Quote before confirmBefore you send, cash out, or pay a shop, the review screen shows the amount, the fee, and the exchange rate for that quote. That is the figure that moves. We do not publish a standing rate or a fee on this website, because both change and a printed number would be wrong.
One debitWhen someone at home pays from their wallet, you are notified. That notice is the record of their payment. It does not take the money out of your balance a second time.
Cash is not clearedThe monthly amount is a spending limit for that family member, not a balance that expires. Cash left in the wallet stays there. When the month changes, the limit is available again. The cash is not cleared.
Notice before the capYou are notified when a family member pays. When about 10% of that member’s monthly allowance is left, you and they are both warned, so there is time to talk before the cap is used up.
Verified firstEmail and phone are each confirmed with a code. Until both are confirmed, no wallet is created. A payment asks for the PIN. A bank payout waits until identity verification is complete.
Only what we runYou can fund a wallet, set a monthly limit, send, let family spend or pay a FamLink shop, cash out to a bank, or collect cash where an agent is listed. We do not offer a scheduled autopay, a prize savings draw, or a grocery parcel.
