The family wallet
One balance they can spend
You add dollars in the US. Family in Jamaica and the Caribbean spends from that wallet, and you can see it.

- Their payment does not charge you again
Monthly limit
A cap they can live with
You set what each person can spend this month. What they don’t spend stays in the wallet.
- A spending cap, not a balance that expires
- A new month reopens the limit
- Both of you are warned when about 10% is left
Pay a shop
Groceries, paid from the wallet
A shop that takes FamLink shows a QR. They scan it and pay from their balance. This is a payment, not a parcel we pack.
- The amount is on the screen before the PIN
- You get a note that they paid
- If the shop is not on FamLink, this can’t pay it
Cash pickup
They collect it at an agent
Photo ID and a pickup code. Only where the app lists an agent. If none are listed, the app says so.
- Choose the country and the agent on the send
- Amount and fee are on the quote
- An empty list means none there yet
